Italian Export Sales Support

Looking for an Italian speaking Export Sales Support to work for a  leading bathroom product manufacturing company based in North Dublin.  The role is a busy one and will  support the development and expansion of the company into the Italian market. This is a 9 -12 month contract role to cover a maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer  orders and  check pricing and stock availability
• Inform customers if the product is out of stock
• Process and manage Quotations
• Inbound telephone sales to  promote existing and new products 
• Export sales administration and export customer account management
• Translation of marketing materials- brochures, price lists and point of sales
• Attend industry Trade Shows and marketing events when need it.

Experience/Requirements

• Fully fluent in both written and conversational Italian & English. (Proficiency in French also would be an advantage but is not essential.)
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Experience in a similar type of  role dealing with exports and logistics would be an advantage.
• Excellent computer skills. (Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages).
