About the Position
Are you a HR business partner specialising in
change and transformation
or a change and transformation specialist with a proven track record in
HR project management
and transformation/change management? Our client, a leading matrixed multi-national are seeking a People and Organisational Change Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is a brand-new position and will commence as 12-month contract initially. This is a
hybrid
position and we are looking for candidates who are ideally
immediately available
.
In this pivotal role, you will support and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and
provide dedicated support in driving organisational change whilst supporting the people function and causing minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities
Work with business leaders and the people team
, to understand and scope business requirements and support the translation of these into proposed solutions to deliver practical project outcomes ensuring colleague experience is at the centre of what is delivered.
Provide practical people and transformation expertise
, guidance and coaching to leaders to ensure successful delivery of people plans.
Lead and deliver high-impact projects
across a range of areas, including organizational design, change management, employee experience, and talent development.
Coordinate delivery of programmes of work
including organisational change and transformation of operating models, TUPE, reward initiatives, changes to contracts of employment etc
Develop and implement innovative people solutions
that address business challenges and enhance employee engagement.
Partner closely with business leaders
to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Champion employee well-being
by creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Leverage data and analytics
to inform decision-making and measure the impact of people initiatives.
Contribute to the development of best-in-class HR practices
and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Experience/Requirements
Degree or relevant qualification in HR and CIPD
Proven HR professional
with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, large matrix organisation.
Strong foundation in change management methodologies
and proven ability to lead and deliver successful change initiatives.
Deep understanding of HR principles and best practices
, including application of current employment law and experience working in a unionised environment
Demonstratable experience
of delivering HR projects
Knowledge of
SharePoint and PowerBI
Excellent project management skills
, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
A collaborative team player
with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

Remuneration Package
€65,000 to €85,000 plus benefits
