Senior Finance Business Partner Manager

My client, based in South Dublin, is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation. About the Position
Due to growth they are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partnering Manager, who’ll partner with the VP of Operations to drive revenue growth and margin expansion in the Clinical Operations Department within the Large Pharma Division.
The successful candidate will leverage their strong analytical and relationship building skills, to develop a deep understanding of the key revenue and cost drivers of the business and partner with their operational colleagues to develop actions which will result in positive financial outcomes for the department
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the financial management of the Clinical Operations department within the Large Pharma division.
Deliver financial support to the Director of Finance and Snr Project Management leadership team.
Preparation of monthly financial reporting packages for VP of operations with insightful commentary and analysis.
Conduct monthly financial reviews Snr Project Management leadership team to discuss financial health of the department and agree appropriate actions.
Support the preparation of monthly financial forecasts and annual budget.
Identification and reporting on key Revenue and Margin drivers within the portfolio
Support the preparation of ad-hoc management presentations.

Experience/Requirements
Qualified Accountancy Qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience (ideally within a multinational, PLC group).
Must be an excellent team player and provide leadership to team members.
Ability to work effectively with people at various levels of the organization, with experience dealing with Senior Leadership.
Excellent knowledge of MS office package, in particular Excel.
Negotiation experience & ability to resolve conflicts.
Experience using Oracle ERP & Hyperion (beneficial but not essential
)
Remuneration Package
€90,000 – €95,000 DOE
€7,500 car allowance
25 days holidays
Hybrid working after training period.
