HRIS Analyst
Ready for a new challenge? Our client is seeking a talented HRIS Analyst to launch their brand new HRIS Analyst role! You'll own the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS (CoreHR), analyzing data, generating reports, and ensuring data integrity. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the System: From user access and security to seamless updates, you'll be the HRIS guru, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.
  • Data Detective: Become the master of HR data integrity, conducting audits and validations to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
  • Insight Generator: Transform raw data into actionable insights, creating compelling reports and analytics that empower HR leadership.
  • Strategic Analyst: Uncover hidden trends and patterns within HR data, providing critical support for decision-making and strategic planning. Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and policies.
  • Data Storyteller: Develop impactful HR dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate data and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Process Innovator: Drive HR process improvements and enhance system functionality, streamlining workflows and boosting efficiency.
  • User Champion: Empower HRIS users with training and support, resolving issues and answering queries with expertise and enthusiasm.
  • Compliance Guardian: Ensure all HRIS practices adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements (GDPR).
  • Project Leader: Take the lead on exciting HRIS projects, including system upgrades and implementations, making a tangible difference.
  • HR Partner: Contribute to budget preparation, stay ahead of HR trends, maintain data privacy, and support payroll processing.

Experience/Requirements

  • HRIS Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on HRIS experience in complex organizations.
  • System Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (ideally Access People XD/CoreHR a plus!).
  • Data Mastery: Professional certification in HR data analytics and advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Tech-Forward Mindset: A passion for technology and a drive to create innovative, efficient solutions. Deep understanding of HR processes, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling stories. A knack for identifying trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to payroll, HR metrics, and KPIs.
  • Communication Guru: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong consultative skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to gather requirements and streamline data flows.
  • Results-Driven: Superb organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver impactful results.
