About the Company
Our Client, a full service International Corporate firm is seeking to recruit a solicitor (2-5 years’ PQE) to join its Corporate Team.
Significant flexibility on Hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate transactional experience
Company law expertise
Knowledge of drafting and negotiation of corporate documents including shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements and disclosure letters
Excellent academic record
Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
Experience/Requirements
Mergers & Acquisitions
Commercial Contracts
shareholders agreements and ancillary documents
Drafting of intragroup transfer and lending agreements and ancillary documents
Company law advices
Contract review
Exposure to SaaS or Financial Services or Pharmaceutical Industry
