MES Platform Lead (Tech and Digital)
with a global life sciences company focused on innovation and operational excellence.
This is a
full-time, permanent position
, requiring
2 days onsite in Dublin South
with flexibility to work remotely for the rest of the week. The role offers a
competitive salary of up to €130K
, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
About the Role
This leadership position is at the heart of digital transformation efforts, ensuring the smooth implementation and enhancement of manufacturing execution systems.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing and improving digital tools to enhance quality in manufacturing processes.
Managing a team of IT professionals and collaborating with cross-functional experts globally.
Leading projects to introduce innovative technologies while adhering to budgets and timelines.
Acting as the key link between technology and business, aligning system capabilities with company goals.
Supporting the organisation’s journey towards achieving its digital transformation objectives.
Experience/Requirements
10+ years of experience in technology leadership within manufacturing or quality systems (experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or life sciences industries is a plus).
Proven expertise in manufacturing execution systems and project management.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and build cross-functional relationships.
A strategic mindset and practical approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
