Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery, enhancement, and operation of global Quality systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration, development, and performance excellence.
• Manage projects, ensuring timely execution and budget control, while supporting digital transformation goals.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify scalable, innovative solutions that align with enterprise standards.
• Ensure robust governance processes for incident and change management, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Support the transition from legacy systems to new solutions, preparing business cases and overseeing delivery.
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to ensure solutions align with corporate standards.
• Drive the implementation of tools to address capability gaps and enhance digital maturity across sites.

Experience/Requirements

• 10+ years of technology leadership experience, with a focus on Quality systems in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
• Proven success in delivering innovative IT solutions and managing end-to-end program delivery.
• Strong knowledge of system development methodologies, compliance requirements (e.g., SGMP), and IT infrastructure within Quality systems.
• Experience in the manufacturing or supply chain environment, ideally within the animal health, bio/pharma, or life sciences sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to solve complex problems in a dynamic setting.
