About the Position

This exciting leadership role focuses on overseeing the infrastructure that supports critical operations and ensures the smooth running of essential services. As an IT-OT Infrastructure Lead, you’ll manage an experienced team, maintain high availability of systems, and drive improvements in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of IT-OT infrastructure, including WAN/LAN, servers, cloud systems, and data centers.
  • Lead and mentor a skilled team, fostering collaboration and developing their skills.
  • Monitor and enhance infrastructure performance, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and operational standards.
  • Manage service continuity, capacity planning, and disaster recovery strategies to support business needs.
  • Act as an escalation point for technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents.
  • Drive infrastructure improvement initiatives, ensuring the organisation remains on the cutting edge of technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support ongoing and future projects.

Experience/Requirements

About You The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience and a deep technical understanding of IT-OT infrastructure. You are a proactive problem solver with a passion for driving innovation and ensuring operational excellence.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in IT or OT infrastructure operations, including managing networks, servers, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience, with strong mentoring and change management skills.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance standards (e.g., NIST, CIS Hardening, IEC 62443).
  • A relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent is desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in utilities, water services, or similar industries.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Remuneration Package

Salary: €59,898 - €89,848 (depending on experience)
