• Champion Learning Accessibility: Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible learning experiences for diverse audiences, ensuring no one is left behind.
• Master Project Orchestration: Seamlessly manage the collaboration key partners, keeping the project on track and delivering exceptional results.
• Become the Communication Bridge: Translate technical jargon into clear, concise updates for senior leadership, providing insightful, layman-friendly reports.
• Cultivate Stakeholder Harmony: Navigate the diverse personalities and needs of stakeholders, from technical experts to demanding directors, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
• Drive Continuous Learning: Take ownership of onboarding and ongoing content updates, ensuring learning materials remain relevant and impactful, applying your expertise in Adult Learning Theory.
• Shape the Future of Onboarding: Once the project is live, you will be responsible for onboarding and ensuring that all learning content is up to date and accessible.

• Proven Learning & Development Experience: Ideally 5 years of experience designing and delivering impactful training programmes
• Project Management Prowess: Demonstrable experience managing complex projects, ideally within system implementations or large-scale change initiatives
• Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Process Improvement Mindset: A knack for identifying and implementing process enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Content Creation Expertise: Experience developing diverse learning materials, including e-learning modules, guides, and manuals. Familiarity with SAP systems is a significant advantage.
• Engaging Facilitation Skills: Confidence and expertise in delivering engaging training sessions to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Tenacity and Drive: Capable of working with senior directors and driving projects to completion.
• Training Facilitation: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions and workshops.
