Financial & Regulatory Reporting Manager

Join a dynamic local finance team within a leading global organisation. As Financial & Regulatory Reporting Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements, both locally and across the wider group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports under Irish & US GAAP and Solvency II.
• Lead internal and external audits from planning through to reporting.
• Gain deep insight into data flows and system architecture, driving process improvements.
• Collaborate with departments including Treasury, Tax, Actuarial, and IT.
• Support finance-related data projects across business functions.
• Maintain and enhance documentation of processes and best practices.

Skills & Experience

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of Irish GAAP and Solvency II reporting.
• Strong financial reporting and analysis skills.
• Experience with financial systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
