Regional Manager
I’m looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to manage and develop a sales team for a leading nutrition company. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and achieving ambitious sales targets. You will be charged with developing strategic plans, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional sales strategies, analyze market trends and ensure alignment with company goals
Lead, motivate, and train the Field Sales team across Ireland, conduct performance reviews, and maintain regular field visits to support them.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners; represent the company at regional events and network opportunities.
Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and ensure the use of CRM tools to manage sales activities effectively.
Identify new potential business opportunities, collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns, and develop strategies for penetrating new markets and segments.
Manage the regional sales budget, forecast revenue and expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines while overseeing budget management across the team.
Experience/Requirements
Previous sales experience in a similar industry e.g. FMCG, pharmaceuticals
Proven experience in managing sales teams and successfully achieving or exceeding targets.
Strong knowledge of working in various sales channels both digital, national, wholesale and independents.
Remuneration Package
€55 - 65,000 per annum
