People Analytics and Insights Manager
About the Position
Our client based in Dublin City Centre are looking for a People Analytics and Insights Manager to drive HR strategy and organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives. You will translate business goals into impactful HR solutions across organization design, workforce planning, and HR analytics. This pivotal role involves analysing HR data to optimize processes and empower senior leaders with actionable intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of HR strategy by providing critical data insights for senior-level decision-making.
Analyse diverse HR data sources to identify trends and opportunities in workforce planning, talent, engagement, and performance.
Develop clear reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate data into strategic recommendations.
Validate insights against best practices to drive process improvements and efficiency within HR.
Establish and manage a comprehensive HR analytics framework with key metrics to measure HR impact.
Contribute as a subject matter expert to external reporting requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely data provision for audits.
Shape and optimize the HRIS strategy to maximize system capabilities.
Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to enhance systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity.
Identify and assess emerging HR technology trends.
Develop and implement the workforce planning strategy, including headcount management.
Ensure agile and adaptable organization design in response to evolving business needs.
Manage the Organisation Design Steering Group.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement within HR processes.
Conduct research and benchmarking to develop innovative HR programs.
Lead change management initiatives related to organization design and data.
Experience/Requirements
Relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
Experience in utilities or similar industries.
Highly motivated with a proven track record of delivering results at a senior level.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement solutions.
Experience building strong strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex issues proactively and communicate effectively.
Experience supporting and implementing progressive HR policies and systems.
Proven leadership and change management experience [ideally in a similar regulated or multi-stakeholder environment].
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, meet deadlines, and develop pragmatic solutions.
Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills in line with reporting and data analysis requirements
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Power BI
Advanced knowledge of Oracle
Remuneration Package
€85,000 - €100,000
