Inside Sales Representative

Great opportunity to join an internationally renowned media group as an Inside Sales Representative, based in their Wexford office. As a key member of the  sales team, you’ll play a vital role in generating new business and driving revenue growth across Ireland, while building valuable relationships and advancing your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a strong sales funnel through inbound follow-ups, outbound cold calling, and targeted emailing, while identifying key decision-makers and understanding client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, offering solution-oriented recommendations aligned with their goals and challenges.
• Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives, deliver compelling online demos, and follow best practices for CRM usage including pipeline management and activity tracking.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and other performance objectives within your assigned territory.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue, support broader business goals, and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Experience/Requirements

• At least three years’ experience in  a high performing inside sales role
• Excellent communication, presentation and  negotiation skills with an ability to identify new opportunities
• Proven track record of achieving and consistently surpassing targets
