November Temp of the Month - Carlos Eduardo Fernandes 

We are delighted to name Carlos as our Temp of the Month as he is a perfect example of how temporary roles can open doors for people in exchange for their flexibility. Carlos had extensive experience with a large multi-national in Brazil and had worked in a customer service role in Ireland whilst looking for an accounts based role. He was at a disadvantage going for roles as he had no Irish experience but as he was immediately available and willing to be flexible he secured a temporary role with one of our top clients, a large financial services company based in the IFSC. Going into the company as a temp gave Carlos a chance to prove his ability on the job, and they were so pleased with his performance they offered Carlos a long term role.

August Temp of the Month - John Smyth

Congratulations John Smyth who has been chosen as our August Temp of the month. John has been temping through Brightwater for over 18 months now and is an integral part of the maintenance team for one of our major semi-state clients. His commitment to his role and his unwilling desire to go the extra mile have been evident and appreciated by his line manager. Well done John. Keep up the good work!
