To mark International Women’s Day Thursday Brightwater is celebrating inspirational women. We are championing women who are leaders in their field and make a difference in their community. In this profile we are highlighting Aisling Keegan,Vice President & GM of Dell Ireland as an inspirational woman.
Q - Who has inspired you most in your career?
A - Most influential woman, would definitely be my mom. She’s always encouraged us to take our own path and have the courage of our convictions, always supportive of my decisions even if she didn’t always agree with me! She instilled in all of us that if you work hard you could be whatever you wanted to be.
Q - What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?
A - In the words of Mary Angelou “If you learn, teach, if you get, give”!
Q - What’s the one piece of advice would you offer to other women?
A - Always be true to yourself and treat others as you would like to be treated! In the words of Shakespeare. “To thine own self be true”.
