Customer Success Associate

I’m looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join a leading international Media group. Based in their Belfast office, you'll play a key role in driving engagement and revenue by managing inbound and outbound communication with a diverse client base across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from customers placing advertising in our regional and national digital and print publications, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Proactively reach out to regular clients via outbound calls and emails to remind them of deadlines, promote special offers, and maintain consistent revenue streams.
• Assist customers in transitioning from print to digital advertising by promoting innovative blended products and guiding them through the process.
• Act as a central point of contact in a regionally based hub, helping to deliver a modern, tech-enabled customer success function that drives impact and value across Ireland.

Experience/Requirements

• At least three years’ experience in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proven track record of experience in  outbound calling
